About me

As a lawyer, I help small businesses and start-ups with business law matters so you can focus on your ideas.

Before setting up on my own, I was a lawyer at a large international law firm. There, I advised international companies on product compliance. During global investigations by authorities, I negotiated directly with various European authorities. I also helped draft contracts for complex supply chains and worked on several court proceedings.

My legal traineeship (Referendariat) had already taken me to large law firms in Berlin and New York, where I gained experience in transactions (M&A) and general corporate law. Other placements included the economic and stock exchange supervision unit of the Berlin Senate administration.

I was interested in entrepreneurship long before I set up my firm. While still a student, I was co-owner of the furniture maker Labor 117. We designed and made high-quality concrete furniture and sold it across the German-speaking countries.
