Pricing
I charge for my work by time spent. I also offer a growing range of contracts and legal services for a fixed fee. For a long-term working relationship, I am happy to develop a fee arrangement with you that suits your business.

Standalone engagement
The traditional way of engaging a lawyer. For tailored draft contracts, negotiations, advice or representation in court, I will provide a suitable fee proposal.

You are welcome to tell me about your enquiry without obligation. I first check whether an engagement makes sense for you and provide a fee proposal.
If you decide to engage me, you will receive a separate fee proposal. The fee for the initial consultation will be credited in this case.
Fee
I charge by the hour or agree a fixed fee. In some cases, fees are determined by the German Lawyers’ Remuneration Act (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz, RVG).
Fractional General Counsel
A fixed monthly allocation of hours in return for a monthly retainer. The scope and fee depend on the volume of work and the size of your business.

How I work
Artificial intelligence is a powerful tool. But its value depends on how skilfully it is used. At STRUB.LAW, I use AI and automation to support and improve my legal advice. But responsibility for the work and for legal and strategic decisions always remains with me.
AI and automation support me in particular with recurring tasks, the analysis of large volumes of documents and research. For research, I use specialised AI systems with access to legal databases. The key is to ask the right questions and review the results with professional expertise.
This leaves more time for the actual legal work. After all, behind legal questions there are often human or commercial problems. A friendly phone call sometimes helps more than lengthy legal explanations. Good legal work recognises what matters in the specific situation and chooses the right approach.
For you, I combine legal experience with the efficiency and agility of a start-up.
